So many books but no access

So frustrated with this app. I had purchased books and enjoyed the app, but now I cant access any on my iPhone. Ive reinstalled over a dozen times and get a frozen screen- and no access to my 23 books. Wish it worked like it had at the start. Earning credit was great too. But there is no connection between seeing you earned them through email and no mention of them on the app. BTW, the app usually works in my iPad so thats the reason for 2 stars.
